End or withdraw
Stop using DutchDecoded
Here’s how to stop reminders, request account deletion, or check whether there is a paid plan to cancel.
Nothing is being billed
DutchDecoded is a free beta. Public checkout is disabled, there is no current price or automatic renewal, and no paid consumer subscription can be started from the site.
Reminder emails
Stop reminders immediately
Use the unsubscribe link in any reminder email or disable reminders from the deadline section of the dashboard. This does not require a support request.
Open dashboard →Account and stored data
Request verified account deletion
Self-service account deletion is not available yet. Send a request from the email address linked to your account to privacy@dutchdecoded.com. The privacy notice explains what can be deleted and what may need to be retained.
Read deletion and retention details →Future paid services
There is no paid subscription to cancel
If DutchDecoded offers a paid online service later, the price, duration, renewal, cancellation, and withdrawal terms will be shown before payment. Consumers will normally have 14 days from entering an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
Since 19 June 2026, the withdrawal route must include an obvious online function, a second confirmation step, and an immediate acknowledgement on a durable medium. A model withdrawal form must remain available as an alternative. Starting a service during the cooling-off period requires the consumer's express request and the legally required cost and rights notice.
We will add the required withdrawal, cancellation, and refund steps before accepting payments.
